A small village in the Vladimir oblast. The main and only attraction is the ruins of the estate of Count Konstantin Toll, the son of the famous Russian commander of the Napoleonic wars, Karl von Toll. The manor was built in the 1870s and burned down in 1943.
Stucco and wooden details are still preserved.
The outbuildings are inhabited.
Near the estate, someone wanted to build a new house (or rebuild an outbuilding - it’s unclear), but gave up.
Harvest.
The village residents take care of the ruins, mow the grass, and even did some minor landscaping in front of the facade.
Getting there (as of September 2023): The village lies away from the main highways. The journey by car takes up to 4 hours via M-8 and Pereslavl-Zalessky.
