Luchki

A village in Vladimirskaya oblast, which has the status of "Miasteczko", exotic for Russia. There used to be a dextrin factory here. Before the revolution it was a model enterprise. The plant operated safely until 2010, and at one time, in the 1990s, it was almost the only such production in Russia, thanks to which Luchki blossomed. But in 2010, both the dextrin plant and all other industries died. Now the factory buildings are rapidly collapsing.
