Pokrovskoe

 

Just a small village close to Volokolamsk in Moscow oblast. The only interesting thing here is the bell tower of the Church of the Intercession (1806). Rotunda temple was demolished in 1966, only the leaning bell tower remained. Now it's a monument of Federal importance, i.e. the highest rank of significance of old architectural objects in Russia. The same as the Kremlin of Moscow, no kidding.
