Another small village to the South of St. Petersburg. This is one of the former estates of Peter Wittgenstein, Field Marshal in the Imperial Russian Army during the Napoleonic wars. Now the territory of estate belongs to a tuberculosis hospital, but the entrance is unrestricted.
A typical Palladian catholic church built in 1834. Notice the early May's snow.
The church was constructed as a tomb for a Wittgenstein's daughter-in-law Stephanie Radziwill. Unlike the church itself, which is closed, the crypt doesn't even have a door.
Details.
Where to stay (as of May 2022): seriously, this is a tuberculosis hospital, why on earth you would voluntarily stay in a tuberculosis hospital?
Where to eat: see above.
What to buy: did you see what you wanted? Now leave.
